- Complete the Employee Referral Form below.
- Talent Management will verify that no one else has referred the applicant. If two employees refer the same applicant, the referral amount will be split between each employee. An initial phone screen will be scheduled if the applicant is qualified. A panel interview may be scheduled dependent on the success of the phone screen.
- If the applicant is hired and active for at least 180 days, you get the cash! Refer to the Employee Referral Policy.
