By offering four unique home health care services, THA Group is unlike any local in-home care provider. Created with our customer in mind, we offer a full continuum of health care services…all in the comfort of home. Our home care expertise combined with technology helps provide our clients with the highest quality of in-home care. Technology With the help of a small hospital-grade in-home monitor, our clients can check their vital signs daily. These vital signs are then transmitted to a central monitoring station where our nurses review and contact our clients in the event of any abnormal readings. This technology paired with our clinician’s home visits is our way of caring for clients every day. We are available to our clients between visits with nurses on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Telemonitoring also assists us in providing disease management services for those clients with chronic health conditions such as diabetes, heart and/or lung diseases. We monitor a client's condition daily and can detect changes quickly. Another technological tool we employ is a point of care system that allows us to create and maintain an electronic medical record for each client. This electronic medical record allows the care team to provide a more efficient, higher level of care. We can access the medical record to document clinical notes, review the plan of care, medications and doctor’s orders while in the home.
Expertise Prior to joining THA Group, all potential employees complete multiple staff interviews, federal and state background checks, licensure and reference checks, drug testing and a motor vehicle record check.
